Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

The Dile Lang app (the “App”) is published by Andina Reisen SAC, a company incorporated in Peru (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Use of the App and age

The App is an educational tool for learning German grammar, intended for your personal, non-commercial use. It is designed for a general audience; if you are a minor under the laws of your country, you must use it with the permission of your parents or guardians, who are responsible for authorizing any purchase.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you control, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the App Store).

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App (exercises, texts, explanations, illustrations, characters, audio, trademarks, logos and code) belongs to Andina Reisen SAC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights in it to you, other than the license above.

5. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App or its content;
• decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
• circumvent the purchase mechanisms or unlock paid features without having bought them;
• use the App unlawfully or in a way that could damage it or affect other users.

6. In-app purchases and subscriptions

• The App is free to download. Some features may require a one-time payment or a subscription. The price, applicable taxes and what you get are shown in the store before you confirm the purchase.
• All payments are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or the App Store (iOS) under their terms. We do not process payments or see your card details.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If we offer a free trial, it will convert into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• How to cancel: on Android, open Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; on iOS, Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies; you can request one from your store account. If you have a problem with a purchase, email us at [email protected] and we will help.
• Your purchases are tied to your Google or Apple account and can be restored on a new device with the same account. Your learning progress, however, is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy) and may be lost if you uninstall the App or change phones without a system backup.

Nothing above limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

7. Educational content

We review the content carefully, but the App is a learning aid and does not guarantee any specific result, such as passing an official exam or reaching a particular level. If you find a mistake in an exercise, we would be grateful if you let us know.

8. Warranties and liability

We work hard to make the App work properly, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data stored on your device, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Google and Apple

These Terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Google or Apple, who are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it. In addition to these Terms, the terms of use of the store you downloaded the App from apply.

10. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App and change these Terms, for example when adding features or because of legal changes. The date of the last update is shown above. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the App or on the store listing. If you keep using the App afterwards, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. If you are a consumer living in another country, you still benefit from the mandatory protections of the laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
